Lincoln Ongalo is a Kenyan Student, studying biomedical engineering abroad, and also an entrepreneur who founded a platform called Ajobintime. Ajobintime is tackling an issue that will only grow magnitude if no action is taken. Africa is the youngest continent in the world, with an average age of an African being 19.5, compare with the European Union of 42.5, this has lead to the increase of student graduates across Africa. The issue at hand is that the current universities are not preparing the students well enough, resulting in the difficulty of these skilled students receiving quality jobs preventing them from showcasing their talents and innovativeness, hindering them on becoming future leaders, ultimately stunting the growth of Africa. Lincoln has taken it upon himself to tackle this issue starting with Digital Marketing Students, with the world being more connected than it has been ever before the need for one business to have a strong online presence is paramount and with covid proving, to us, we can work from every and anywhere, Lincoln is educating these marketers on how to satisfy the high expectations and demands of International clients with the hopes of these clients providing these talented individual job opportunities. Lincoln has a lot of experience with working with international businesses from being a part of the Marketing Team of cooperating call centres to being a sales representative. Lincoln believes that Students, like himself, are the future as they will be the ones to govern our tomorrow, so it should be a given right for these students to hone their skills and talents so they have the confidence to lead.
My area of expertise is in Student Entrepreneurism, as these are areas in which I actively participate. I'm both a student, studying biomedical engineering and a CEO and Founder of a platform called Ajobintime.
